Compressor repair I guess it really isn't a problem, but my ford laser (2000) makes a sound close to the one a bycicle makes when putting a card on the wheel. It happens when the air conditioner is on. Any clue?

Sound like a faulty fan motor or bearing failure in the pump
It's a common problem on the laser and mazda's 626, mine's not the only one that sounds that way
