Computer boots but no display on monitor why?
Hello there,
my computer boots up the lights are showing and the motherboard says FF on it Meaning Fully Functional but when the computer is booting the keyboard lights dont come on and i cant hear the beep that it makes i have already checked the cpu, ram ,power supply and graphics card but i dont know what it is that doesnt let the monitor start.
when it doesnt start i have to turn it off then open the case and take 1 stick of ram out and put it back in then it turns on or sometimes i have too take the sound cable out of the sound card (Built into the motherboard) so now i am running out of ideas. some people are saying on the internet that it is my graphics card and some are saying the whole motherboard is dead but if the whole motherboard was dead then the computer wouldnt even start up or boot or anything.
what could it be
