Computer hang-up when idle and while on handycafe mode
We are an internet cafe. One of our computers frequently hang even when in use, our technician advised that the video card be changed. Upon returning to the supplier, they found out that it was the mother board that needed replacement. The next day when computer was re-installed, it had hanging episodes again but this time only when it's idle. We have updated our handy cafe timer program. What else could be the possible cause?

First, the supplier didn't need to replace the expensive motherboard. They likely did this because the graphics card was built into the motherboard. Rather than installing a video card into its own PCI slot, they got more money out of you by replacing the motherboard with another that had the graphics card built in.
This sounds like a processor issue. Try lowering the screen resolution. Right click an open area of the desktop, select properties, click the display tab. In the lower left of the box there is a settings slider, try lowering the settings and see if it gets better.
