Computer Keeps RESTARTING when ATI video driver installed
Hi, I have iQon computer and PHILIPS monitor. It is about 3 years old.
One day suddenly my computer started to restart whenever trying to play a game, use chatting program such as Skype, or using Right-Click mouse button on computer programs suchas as "My Computer".
So i bought new CPU fan, but that didnt fix the problem.
Then i installed new Windows XP professiona. and my problem got fixed.
However now i lost my video adapter which was Ati and MSI, so now i cant play any game, but can use chatting programs and everything else. i downloaded and installed DirectX 9, but still cant play games, so i tryied to install Nvidia Geforce video adapter, but couldnt install because couldnt find related drivers.
So i downloaded ATI display driver, and installed it. this fixed my problem and i was able to turn the game on (The Sims 2, The Sims3, Silkroad Online) but i came back to the first problem, my computer starting restarting again when ever i turn the game on or use chatting programs, so i uninstalled ATI and now computer dosent restart but cant play games.
PLEASE i have tried all my best, but im going around in circles, i have no Virus because i have reinstalled Windows XP 3 times... So please help me.

Weve got the same prob.i also try what you did on your pc..but nothing happen but when i put a new graphic card it fix everything..try this..buy a new graphic card,
yeah if your graphic card is built in on *********** board you can put the new graphic card on pci slot..
