Computer power button for the monitor blinks blue
My monitor won't turn on and won't turn off. When I disconnect it from my computer it won't go to sleep. When I try to plug in my power it trys to refresh my screen gives me a little picture then shuts off and power button blinks blue. It is only 2 years old. Why would this happen.

There are two reasons for this to happen there are blown capacitors inside the monitor and or there transistors on the board that have failed. both can be repaired.
