Computer startup problem ; IWILL KK266 motherboard
Hello
Hope you can help me with problem. Have above motherboard. Entered setup and was in IWILL smart settings/micro stepping menu. CPU clock set at 133; CPU clock ratio set at auto ; CPU Vcore setting was accidentally set at 1.525V ;BIOS-ROM flash protect set at non-flash. I meant to exit and not save but exited saving above settings. Upon restart, computer would not boot up. Is there a way to restore defaults or reset setup??
Thanks

There usually is a sequence to do this, but you will have to contact IWILL personally to get that from them if the solution below doesn't work.
[Print this off so you can refer to it in hand]
1. Power off your computer.
2. Unplug your computer.
3. Open up the side panel.
4. You will see the insides of you PC and you MUST be careful not to damage anything sticking up from the mainboard.
5. Look for a Button Cell Battery, about the size of a nickel and shiny silver in color.
6. There is usually a tab release on one side of the battery holder.
Close those two together and the battery will pop out. Otherwise sneak a sharp probe under the battery to lift it out.
Remove and keep the battery out for several seconds. This allows all settings in the setup screens to go away and the setup defaults will be used next time you bootup.
7. Re insert the battery, until it snaps into place.
8. Reattach the power plug and turn your computer on.
9. Enter the setup pages again.
At the bottom of the screen you will see a key legend that gives you an F key to press to setup Optimal Settings or words to this affect.
10. You will also have to reset the time and day here too. Do that and exit with saving.
You should be okay now.
