I have tried everything the package ask me to. I have reboot, the camera and usb are both plugged into a wall outlet near the computer. I turned off firewall temporarily and still no camera detection. The green lights on the side of the camera all are blinking except one and it stays on. I am running on Windows Vista. Similar problem.  Running Win XP via BootCamp on a Mac.  Outside master is detected and works fine.  Running Win XP using Parallels on the same Mac camera is not found.   Logitech "Does not support this configuration".
