When I plug my ViviCam 3935 into my Dell Latitude D630 it doesn't recognize my camera, it knows that hardware is connected and makes the little beep, but no prompt comes up to upload my pictures. I didn't have this problem when I first purchased my computer but I had to replace the hard drive and reload everything from the OS (windows vista) up. I think I am missing some sort of driver for cameras and scanners, I can still upload picutres from CDs. When I go to my windows picture manager and ask to import pictures from a camera it tells me to choose my device but the list is blank, I hit refresh and nothing happens. I don't have a gaget to put my sd card strait into my computer and I think I have lost my original CD that came with my camera many years ago.
