My zen vision:M charges on my computer but my computer won't recognize it so I can't transfer songs or do anything with my zen on my computer Computer doesn't recognize player. It wouldn't charge when using the block sync adapter. I bought a wall charger. Charges fine. I bought a sync cable thinking the block adapter might be bad. The cable charges the player, but computer still doesn't recognize player to download music.
