Have you found out anything else concerning the fix "TV-3940-01" Kit. I ordered the Kit from Sears Parts Direct about and month ago... so far they have told me they can get the part which is three board and a new eprom. Anyway, Parts Direct has changed the shipping date on me twice and now they are showing an expected shipping date of 9 Sep. Just wondering if you have had any luck as the factory usually has to have a demand for the product before they will produce a run on them.
