Please can you help me; I want to increase the RAM on my Evesham Axis 64 MKR but on this site it says the maximum RAM is 8 GB, on the MSI (motherboard) site it states I can install 2 GB of DDR400 or 3GB of DDR333. Can you tell me which is correct?

Will any generic memory be compatible with this computer (something I can pick up from PC world like PNY) or should I stick to a brand like Kingston, Elixir or Crucial?
