connection states the Zyxel is working properly - however, everytime I turn on my computer, I have to click on the available wireless networks and enter my password for the network I use - then I can connect. I used to be able to just click on internet explorer and connect to the internet with my old Zyxel - before I got a new one and installed it. What could be set up wront?

I'm NOT a Windows guru, but I think this is an issue with Windows, not your Zyxel driver.
There is a setting somewhere in the network area of Windows that tells it to automatically connect to a known favorite network if that network appears. I suspect you just have to find that setting, turn it on, and make sure the network you use is in your list of favorites.
