What browser are you using? Your question still makes no sense...why don't you try giving an example in detail of something you are trying to do, and then what happens. First you said "you can't download" ...then your comment indicates that you can not browse. What is it that you want to "get into"? No offense intended, but if you want to get help online, you need to be very descriptive about your problem...and also what are you using...is it a desktop, laptop, what is your operating system, what program are you using to browse the internet? stuff like that....
If you had explained that, you could have done a simple system restore and had it all back in 3 minutes....And why scissorfight gets 5 thumbs for the wrong answer I really can't figure out. Geesh. Could be a DNS issue, Wifi encryption problem, or a nasty bug has changed your proxy settings. Reboot everything (modems and routers too). Then check the network adapter settings.
