The first thing I would do is to check the solenoid valve to see if it is closing fully when then t-stat is not calling for heat.This can easily be done by loosening the compressin nut on the leavig side of the soleniod valve. Do this with the furnace off and the thermostat down far enough to make sure it stays that eay.You should get a few drops out but if is under pressure it will spray. If it's is not closing you can take valve apart and clean or buy a new solenoid valve. I hope this Helps you. Thank you.
