Converting MPEG to Mp4 with Roxio Popcorn
I have tried to convert movie that I have shot with my compact digital camera from an MPEG format to an Mp4 format with Roxio Popcorn in the hopes that the movie will be compatible with iMovie. I cannot find out how to do this and I really need to as the movies need to be edited in iMovie for a very important project! All that I really need is a way to get the movies into a format that iMovie understands. Thanks so much for the help!

there are many programs make sure the one you want is a free program otherwise you'll have to pay for it
i believe nero also can do it roxio format is hard to understand and work something like any video will do what you want
