Copier 5309 works and starts process of copying, but paper comes out blank. Can this be caused by bad copy drum? any suggestions are appreciated. Thank You, Greg Szymanski

Yes. change the photoconductor first, if the same thing happens after replacing the photoconductor, replace the fuser.
