Copying media how do i copy my pictures and music to my card becase it says it has Write protection and i have to use another disk

Electronics - Others - PNY - 2GB microSD Memory Card

There is a switch on the sd card and it is stuck on write protected mode. Switch it back the other direction to the unlock button.
