Report "Cozy wall heater works one minute than wont kick on the next, landlord is HVAC he replaced the gas valve and its still doing it and it seems when he or one of his guys (he owns his own HVAC company) comes over it works just fine. Im at a loss at what to do hes been here off and on for like 2 weeks. Pilot is still on seems fine. Me personally think it might be electrical or something inside the actual unit needs replaced or just a really good cleaning its older and the people who lived here before us destroyed the house and it was filthy"
