CR 248 cd tray will not open
There is power to the unit. When the eject or open/close button is pressed, the screen will read "LOAD" "CLOSE" "OPEN" but nothing happens.

It possible that a belt has broken or come off. You need to look inside. If you need a new belt just measure the diameter in MM and search Google for the nearest size to your measurement.
