Cracked manifold on Dimension One used spa
I have a 1999 Dimension Aurora II we are refurbing and discovered the same thing - a cracked manifold.
We are off to the pool/spa store to attempt the quick and easy fix first - Plast-Aid (http://www.plast-aid.com/)
If that doesn't work I'll be calling http://www.easyspaparts.com and ordering the manifold from them, it's priced at $29.95 so what the heck, we'll try and fix it ourselves - their customer service has been out of this world.
Beyond that, I suggest googling your problem and reading up on some other possible solutions - http://spapartsnet.com has some decent forums.
