In the same boat. Found that Fuhu, the company who makes the tablets, also sells replacement screens for about $75 (plus shipping?). You just have to go to their website and put in the device serial: https://www.nabitablet.com/support/service/nabi2-screen-replacement/request-info
I finally ponied up the money to replace the screen after they dropped the price to $60. You pay for shipping to them, they pay for return shipping. It appears they sent me back someone else's tablet as the serial number on it is different. I cannot get a reply via email and theur phone number is busy (855-275-6224). Would avoid dealing with this company or at least their repair center (address belongs to Ellison Educational).I finally ponied up the money to replace the screen after they dropped the price to $60. Yes, I just got all the information from them. They send you back a refurbished unit from stock, fix yours, wipe it, and then it gets sent to the next person who has a broken screen. Essentially, your paying for a refurb with a trade-in plus $60.

You have to buy new for sure. The cheapest I have found is LeapTV Educational Active Video Gaming for Kids. Take a look. enjoy
Better buy new one. Visit this site http://tinyurl.com/nabi2screenwholesale and find your nabi 2 screen from provided wholesalers. Best of luck
