This problem started about a week ago. Whenever I go to use my headset, I get crackling and humming on the line. Not sure what happens, but I am having problems hearing people on the other end. When I pick up the handset the line is clear. It is my headset that is the problem. I have tried holding down the silver button which picks up the handset at the same time holding down the black button on the headset for 10 seconds. It doesn't change anything.
