Without seeing it in person. I would be sure fuel is not restricted by a clogged filter or varnish and debris in carb. Check vent in fuel cap , it must have one. Some engines can have a valve stick when hot, usually the exhaust valve, it will turn over very freely . Then next would be a faulty ignition module/coil.
