Craftsman model #921166390 motor
My air compressor was run without oil for approx 15 minutes. Now motor does not run... is it fried or is there possibly a safety shut off to prevent damage?

The motor does not take oil on that unit. The compressor housing does though. If you cant get it to start after it ran dry, the cylinder is most likely seized to the piston.
