Contact B&S through their web-site and ask them. Most B&S engines use a magneto and flywheel so there is no timing per se' as we would think of in automobile engines. Getting any engine to TDC is easy... remove the spark plug and rotate the propeller shaft by hand until the piston rises and strikes it and just begins to fall... you'll know the place where it reaches it's maximum stroke.
