Crazy! i installed the sims deluxe edition and i have had it for many years and had no problems. But this time when i did, the instalation went great but when i started to play it, everything (all the images) went totally wacky, expecially when i move the mouse. All the images get messed up and i dont know what is wrong, this has never happened to me before! help!!

Please update your question. In the time of when it was last on your computer and now that you've reinstalled it have you added a video card and/or updated the drivers. First off have your tried reinstalling it again? One thing you can do is try to find an update for your display adapter. Wether it be a video card or intergrated graphics. If you are able to, collect your computer video settings by going to your run program and type in dxdiag and hit run. Once the program opens up on the bottom save the information and if you possibly can, attach it to a e-mail and send it to me at [email protected]. I will look it over and see if it could be a directx problem or a video driver problem.
