Report "create new account. (I tried to create a new account and than a sub-account to it, the message says "main" account can not be found, tried to "set-up", the message says "the account is in use..." I have no problem when I install the software in my windows XP, but I got the above problem when I install the software in a new lap top with windows vista. Please help. Thanks"
