Report "Creative vision m zen; i turned on my mp3 player a while ago but it froze so i hit to reset button. while rebuilding it the screen displayed a "firmware problem" and that hasn't changed since. i've downloaded the new firmware software but my computer is telling me my mp3 player is not connected, but it is and i've tried various connecting cables. any ideas on whats wrong or what to do? thanks people"
