Report "Creative zen everytime i open my mp3 ... i will see the welcome screen "creative"then zen then stops..it is on but nothing on the screen, i already tried to hard reset... im not seeing recovery screen...nothing happens...something wong with firmware...i tried to connect to computer but not recognizing the device"
