Knob turns great, agitates with unbearable noise, it quit after a minute or so on the rinse cycle....had to throw it into spin just to get the water to drain (after taking out and ringing out the laundry inside). Can someone tell me what to look for before I crack it open? Never worked on an appliance in my life, in my small town there is no repairman available.
