I turn on the amp and it goes thru its warm up with the blinking Fault lights seems ok, I can hear a slight hum in amp and thru speakers as soon as I attempt to pass a signal it clips off then comes back only to clip off again as soon as signal tries to pass. I noticed theres two jumper clips on the board that are only half on, not sure if I should engage them or not went to the Crown site read schematic and there seems to be notes for these jumpers but could not find them on the schematic anywhere could this be the problem. Help me please Thanks
