I bought 2 Cruz Reader R102 Special Editions for my sons for Christmas. One worked perfectly; the other will not connect to WiFi. We have tried everything. We talked to Customer Support which suggested to update the firmware and we did but it did not make any difference. The tablet seems to acknowledge the network exists but will not connect. It just says "unsuccessful" once it tries to connect. Any ideas?
