Cucusoft avi to dvd converter pro 7.0 every time I try a load a file to be converted. I receive a windows message that AVI2MPEGMAIN HAS ENCOUNTERED A PROBLEM and it crashes

Check your software....also sometimes you have to disable other burning software you have, seems the software is fighting among themselves, antivirus sometimes interferes, check Burnworld .com
