cutlery before placing it in Bosch, use a dishwater-cleanser on weekly base, check the water pressure, got a technician while it was still under warranty... NO SOLUTION!!! Why does the darn Bosch refuse to wash glasses and coffee mugs? Even tried putting clean items in dishwasher, and they come out DIRTY. All covered in dirt, THEN one have to soak items in boiling hot water, to loosen the dirt. PLEASE HELP!!!

If it is just glasses and coffee mugs that it refuses to wash maybe you should stop trying to wash these items in this dishwasher.
Could it have to do with the location where you put them? Maybe the direct water jet has a blind spot there while the reflected dirty water concentrates there. That may have to do with the shape of the vessel. I am just trying to make sense out of this unusual behavior. (I am thinking of some remarkable properties of parabolic and elliptic surfaces.)
