I have tried making sure battery is full charged. I have called phone company and turned bluetooth on and off and sought to pair the devices and had the phone search for device. I have made sure blue light is on and flashing

Strange. I'm wondering if there's a difference in the software between your original phone and the one you have now, something like that which is causing the problem. Your new phone I'm assuming is the same type as the old one right?
Have you made sure that the phone you have now doesn't already have a bluetooth device in its pairing memory? I know on my razr I could only have one device assigned to the phone, and I had to delete that one before I could pair a new one up.
In order to get the headset into pairing mode, try this: Begin with the headset turned
off. Press and hold down the silver call control button in for 6-10
seconds. The light will flash blue first. Continue to hold the button
down then release the button when the indicator light starts flashing
red then blue. the passkey is "0000" if you're asked for it (this is by default).
Great - my H550 device was similar - I had to hold the button forever to get it ready to accept the pairing. Glad it worked for you:)
