Using the Omron Health Management software, attempted "Download Data"
Starts the "Receiving Data" but quickly cancels.

Uninstall and reinstall the software on your PC
Press ad hold set for 3 seconds. Then press and hold mem and mode until Clr appears on the screen. The pedometer is now reset with no corrupt data :)
Same problem, not being able to transfer data. The problem occurred about 19 months of daily use. The solution suggested by Nathan Price worked.
Thanks to fixya and Nathan for the solution - resetting the clock to 11:59 a few times worked! I had hooked up the unit earlier today and realized there wasn't any data for the past 30 days! :(
This did the trick. Thank you!!!
This solution worked for me also. Thanks Nathan for the idea. As you said process pushed out data until it got rid of the corrupt day. This causes the most recent days to appear to have no activity. I suspect the way the date is determined has moved the most current data back several days. I will not be trying to figure out how many days need to be move to correct the dates in the CSV file.
This is my 4th and last Omron pedometer with this problem. From now on I will use a nifty free iphone app that givesme even more info including elevation and incline. Geez, I can even post a map of my trek to facebook if I want!
