Datamax i - 4208
Got datamax i - 4208, the cutter doesn't cut tickets, if i'm sending test file from the prin - it cuts, but when i print tickets from the ms access - it doesn't! and also i've got some strange error - position fault! what should i do?

If you use ms-access you must have installed the windows driver, therefore you must enable the cutter in the printer properties. Position fault is that it does not detect the label, must be press the FEED key or to calibrate, press the FEED key for 5 seconds to calibrate the sensor label.
Are you using dpl commands? or a Windows driver? Check that the command syntax is correct or that the controller is configured to cut it as you want. Download the dpl manual in
