Datamax M-4206 - error light whenever load or print labels
Hi,
We have had the above Datamax label printer for a few weeks now and I have never been able to get it to work. We need to print on labels that are 18mm x 25mm. As soon as we load the labels and press the feed button as per the setup guide the error light comes on. We have to recycle the power to clear it. Also - as soon as we try to print anything (we are using Labelview 7 - I set the size to 18mm x 25mm etc) - it prints one and then feeds through another 5 or 6 blank ones and then the error light comes on. Again, I have to recycle the power to clear it
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Perhaps the sensor is out of position, you must move to the left. Also check that the hole senser is not blocked. Also verified that the sensor type (gap or black mark) in the software is correct.
