I was given this dehumidifier when my mother passed away and prior to that she swore by it. Since I have had it, it doesn't seem to **** up any water. If it is knocked, the 'full' light is illuminated but it is in fact, bone dry. The heater on it is fantastic and works well but there is no water! I have been trying with no luck to locate a manual for it which would help with troubleshooting. Please help as I really need it to work at the moment.
