Dear, Installed on our site Honeywell EBI Software application used only for Access Control not CCTV or IDS, the problem is that; All cards configurations has been deleted from the system and I need to reconfigure the cards, what are the steps to configure them properly, since I already tried to configure few on my own, but they didn't work; when I swap the HID Card on the HID Card reader, the red lamp blinks (stays red, doesn't turn to green) and consequently the door doesn't open) Kindly I need help ASAP Best Regards, Hana Farag Technology Analyst EMethanex

There should be a daily/weekly and monthly backup of all the settings and database since it was installed, if you close the software down and check in the all programs folder you should see the backup program, run that and select a date to restore the database from.
You should get all the door programming and controllers loaded back into the software.

Make sure when adding the cards, the are set to 'Active' and you have the card number correctly inserted. The PC also has to have the SQL server running to update the card to the controller.
