Dear Mr. , I have VMware server and I create VM on it with WIN XP SP3 and install VSpace in XP, after that when I'm trying to connect NComputing devices with that machine it appears that machine in the configuration Box in NComputing but does not connect and that message appear (Update was canceled because Newer version of Firmware not found), So I go to VSpace and check for the firmware for NComputing device and found 1.02.08 Firmware virsion installed (this is the last Visrsion). I donot know what to do ?? waiting for your reply ASAP. With regards

Please recheck which model number you are working with, since what you are describing sounds like the L300 and not the L230. If it is the L300, then you may have initiated a firmware update from the console or from within the device.
