Report "Dear sir, the model which i have is a OGA9901. the displays shows AMT. but i can't seem to enter any servings. better yet, no other buttons seem to react. when i open the door, the carrousel runs and light is on. when closed, it stops. even the reset button doesn't react. when uplugged and plugged back in, the display jumps back to AMT. is the MW broken or can i reset it any other way? hope i get an answer since the model is not on your problem list.
