Dear Sirs. I have an ultimate 9502 it hanged on blue Imate page and hard reset with fn key and green don't work, (it was correctly worked when I pressed FN+Green+power for hard reset but now don't work also I removed battery and did but no reaction done) has it any other way to hard reset it?

As far as I recall back from '08, the right combination is like this: press and hold both the blue 'Fn' and the green 'Call' buttons, and, whilst keeping them pressed, briefly press the reset pin with the stylus pen. Keep holding the keys down until a white screen asking for confirmation comes up. Release them and press the left softkey (which should be labeled 'Yes').
