Report "Dear support team. I have Grohe Chiara Single-lever basin mixer 32303. I recently noticed water leaking under the lever. I wanted to investigate the cause, so my first hint was to remove the lever and see what's going on under it. I have removed the hex screw and tried to lift the lever up but with no success although I have applied pretty strong force. Is there some secrete how to remove the lever or just to use brutal force (until it breaks)?"
