Try taking a flat head screwdriver and prying out the key. With the key removed, clean the key socket of any debris or contaminants. Make sure the netbook is powered off when doing this. If this does not solve your issue, the keyboard may be defective and you may need to have your pc sent for warranty repair or replacement.
