For anyone coming along late in the conversation, just like I did... there's a simple answer to this. For all of the Petz series games (my horse family was my problem child) this is what you hold down. Select + X + B +L
Alright, so what you need to do is this. You know where you dress up your bunnies? Enter there. When it's loading the dress-up place it says something like: Saving... Do not turn power off or remove game card. Well, remove the game from the DS really quickly when it's loading. It will stop the game. Now restart your ds, turn it on and then off. Then play the game again. It will say something like: The game has been corrupted. New save file initialising. That means your old game was deleted and a new one has been made. Don't worry, this does not break the game. I did this on Petz: My Horse Family. And Bunny Bunch is made in the same format and by the same company. Good luck
