Dell 3100cn printer?
I've tried and tried to get the BLACK cartridge out of the carousel all to no avail. Tried pushing back ob the white tab on the right hand side, didn't work. Need Help. Thanks, Brian

Did you read the manual first, no 2 printers do this the same way.
go to dell.com and read the manual?
