Report "Dell dimension 3000 has onboard video there is no video card on it.when check device manager i've seen yellow exclemition mark in "others" and it say "video controller vga". that's why i download video driver from Dell support site. run install after that reboot.but didn't fix the problem still black screen no windows xp operating system. Is this defective integreted video? Diagnostic lights if it's all 4 green lights means normal operating condition after POST. I'm confuse don't know what to do. Help please Thank you"
