Dell v305 printer. I changed 2 brand new inks and the printer is still saying Right cartridge error. Replace the ink Cartridge. I have no solution to this. The contacts are clean in the printer and cartridges. Only the colour it happens to

No: Print a test page. If the test page prints, the error is resolved.

1 Open the top cover of the printer. Remove both cartridges. Close the top cover.
2 Power off the All-In-One and remove the power supply brick from the back of the unit.

Reinsert the power supply brick into the back of the printer and power the unit back on.

No: Continue to step 4.

Power the AIO on, reinsert the black/photo cartridge, and close the top cover. Power the printer off and then on again.
