DESA Propane Heater Valve Apart
The button that pushes in to override the thermocouple and start the gas flowing on my propane heater has come apart. The spring, button and stem, small washer and small black o-ring fell on the floor after releasing it. Now propane just flows out of the stem when push it in. What is the reassembly procedure and what are all the parts that i should have? Am I missing something? HELP! [email protected]

Do,not override the safety features on any units unless youre qualified. These are not overides ,but safety switches to tell when something is not right! Anyway, its time for a fall service overhaul or kit ---plug---fuel filter---2 air filters --clean the flame sensor---and vanes in the pump replaced.You can buy the kit and parts that you need a your local lawnmower repair shop or have them to order them!
